What’s wrong with a plastic trophy? My shelves have plenty and I’m proud of every single one of them .

Fair enough, I only display my metal and glass ones,,, plastic ones are in a box in the loft,, and I suppose it depends on how many you have,,, unless you have a huge display room.

My parents still have some on display from when I was a teenager,,,, good old dust collectors

Correct. Then said newbie goes a few more times, learns it’s a bent joke of a sport, disappears and tells everyone it’s a bent joke sport. Tracks then don’t get enough fans to pay top dollar in rent and are then closed.

Strangely,,, there still a few thousand that still go and know it's a bent sport,,,, now that's even more amazing,,

None of Jenkins, Rowe or Kemp will be in a 1-7 come play off time though as their clubs season will be over :D

Another daft rule though who comes up with these. Sheffield can take their pick from a number one not in the play offs to cover their injured number one, but we can’t use one of those clubs’ rising stars to cover our injured rising star. Why? Would love to hear the official reason for this rule.

Surely they are in a 1 to 7 until the whole season which includes play offs are over.

All Ipswich have to for their remaining meetings is book Jenkins, Rowe or Kemp to guest at No.7 and they could win both titles this year.

Riss is starting to hit a bit of form now so he's not a worry, It's just Hume and the RS position but both can easily be fixed, Chuck Hume at 2 and Emil will get the 3-3's, The fix the RS guest situation with the names mentioned above.

Ipswich can't book any of those as they are already in a 1to 7,,,, come on keep up

So Sheffield bring a 6 point lead to Foxhall. Would have taken that at the start. Fricke with a stinker and a bit of an off night for Emil and Doyle too. Only two wins between the three of them all night long! Doubt you’d see that again.

King top man for Witches tonight. Can consider himself a bit unlucky not to get heat 15.

Maybe it's another of those  tracks that has to spot on for Doyle,,, having only scored 6 there last time.

Lady luck is really shining down on Ipswich.

Started with Lambert's bike failure at KL, Followed by Leicester bottling it, Now BV and Sheffield are down to 6 regular riders.

Yeah but Ipswich have a Riss,,, a Rew and a rider at 4 who should be no where near it, that can chuck a bike at the bouncy castle at a drop of a hat

Can a team keep the same 1-7 as they finished the previous season? Think they used to be able to.

If not ... should be a rule

They can of they fit below the limit for the new season,,, why you would want to keep some of our riders though I wouldnt have a clue

Not for me, even when his home track was belle vue or Sheffield he blew way too hot and cold and inevitably went missing in big meetings. Think there’s an enough data on the likes of berge and bellego to just say they’re never going to show a consistent upside.

much rather set about getting wojdylo signed up double lively for a similar/same average

Although he wouldnt be my first choice either,,, I was trying to give an example of the type of rider we need,,, we always seem to go for riders that aren't great at home or away,,, and since belle Vue  and Sheffield are likely to be the 2 teams we all need to chase over the next few years,, we need riders that can race on tracks like that. The Pole you mentioned would be a good shout,,,but for some reason his visa wasn't extended this year,,, I think that was the reason for him leaving the Panthers.

Might be a good idea to go after Tarensenko to,

  9. With the loss of wolves next season,,, I wonder if it would be giving someone like Berge a shot,,, as he would contribute some good points on the tracks we always struggle on,, like Sheffield and the NSS,,, and he should eventually learn to race Foxhall,,,,, just a left field thought
