    Peterborough Panthers 2020

My theory is ( no substance) that NKI always wanted to ride for us but not with Carl as manager. Rob Lyons becomes manager and deal done in days.

    People die too young.

When I was young I said that I would be happy to make 70 but as that figure is reached next April, then that does not seem such a good proposition now. Went to a party last week and met some people I went to primary school and found out at least 4 people had died when enquiring about their whereabouts.
  3. Well done Ipswich, fully deserved.

Well done Douglas, a great guest.

At least no one on here can say Panthers laid down and let the Robins have 4 points.

    Peterborough v Belle Vue 5/9/2019

Canot see us getting anything from this meeting. I think Fricke and Bjerre will go unbeaten which means 29 points leaving 20 for the other 5 riders to secure the 4 points they want. My prediction is Panthers 39 Aces 51.

    Ipswich v Peterborough 22/08/2019

Well another £50 saved by not going. This is so sad because I looked forward to this and Lynn meeting at the beginning of the season especially as we had no home fixtures in August. I cannot justify going with the team we are putting out. Hope the Panthers still do well though.

The moment Buster took over the club the skies did not just turn grey but went black.4 months on I can only see a storm brewing.

    Your claim to fame

I appeared on Countdown in 1986.....lost on the conundrum.

    Peterborough Panthers 2019

Well done to Charles Wright on his win last night. Hope we give him a great reception at our next home meeting.......oh that will be September then
  11. Identical record therefore goes down to who beat who when they raced together.
  12. Terrible decision to exclude Charles. I have watched it a dozen times now and he did nothing wrong.
  13. Yep, one point from the two guests....not good enough. At least I saved my money by not going.
  14. He scored 9 points on the 17th and racing tonight at Birmingham where he has won his 1st race, so I would say he is fit
  15. At the beginning of the season I was looking forward to our meetings with the stars and witches. How things have changed as I will not bother to go to either now.
  16. It was Buster who said he was not a heat leader any more that is why these comments have been made.
  17. Well done Belle Vue on a deserved win. Excellent performance from Bjerre tonight, just wish you were riding for us.
  18. So pleasedI decided to stay at home and watch it on the television. Maybe people on here will now understand why some of us have been disappointed with the way the season has progressed. Thanks Buster !!!
  19. It is not actually because we can now replace Wells in the next heat with a tac sub.
  20. Scored 6+1 from 5 rides for Poole earlier in the season
  21. Another disastrous performance from the Panthers. I can accept losing but when we are not competitive then I find it hard to motivate myself to go. Don't care what anyone else has to say, Buster has ruined our season. I hear he was complaining about the low crowd tonight, well Buster just wait till Monday when the meeting is on the television and see how many turn up. Wolves look a lot stronger with the inclusion of Ryan Douglas. For us full marks to Rohan Tungate and Charles Wright who were the only two riders to come out of the meeting with any credit. I accept we have missed Hans and Bradley but tonight was not good enough. Congratulations to Wolves.....rant over.

    Panthers v Witches 1/7/19 Premiership

Firstly hope Hans is ok after a terrible crash. Secondly well done to Ipswich who were the better team throughout. Sadly our season is already over as there are not enough fixtures to realistically get the 8 points back lost at home. I will continue to support them at home but will not be taking in any away meetings this year.Tungate was excellent again tonight and Proctor fought hard and scored well. The rest of the team were below par. Ipswich , however have a strong all round team and have a great chance of winning the league this year.

    Panthers v Witches 1/7/19 Premiership

This is a must win for us having already dropped 5 points at home. It will be close but think Ipswich will miss Kennett at reserve. Prediction Panthers 47 Witches 43.

Big gap between races too....heat 2 and then heat 13.
