We gave Dilger 3 months last year and he was complete pants from start to finish. A young British rider from the NL is definitely the way to go. Morley, Perry, Phillips, Halsey etc -

If they are truly considering DILGER on the basis they haven't got much left to fill the last spot then surely a young Brit from the NL is the one to go for. -
Mads issues are always machinery based, like a few others.

I don't think even Dilger expects to be back, least of all the supporters -
How On Earth To They Manage To Give Riders Stupid Averages
bigcatdiary replied to weatherwatcher's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
I suggested years ago that the BSPA issues GSA with calculated averages (on an agreed conversion 0.6, 0.4 or whatever) that shows a riders average not only for the league he was riding in but a conversion for another league if eligible to ride in it. That way everyone would know exactly where they were and averages wouldn't be the minefield it currently is -

Oh please, the blokes been rubbish for years -
Kerr and Lambert would both be very welcome at the Showground I dare say.
-
But would he ride for Horton again, not likely after the shenanigans this year. That was a big surprise, have they named Summers yet.
-
So what the the other reasons then, saying it was a contract and therefore ok is only your opinion it certainly isn't mine, it was just yet another example of one club shafting another and bypassing the regulation which states PL clubs have priority if the rider isn't owned by the EL club. Some people might think that's being clever but it's just manipulating the rules to suit which are a bloody joke to start with. And how did this help Redcar who had to use guests when LAWSON was missing whilst riding for Lakeside. Perhaps you should remove yourself from Cooks rectum occasionally it might make you see things from a different perspective.

Certainly have on that average. - ridiculous

I cannot really disagree with any of the above and we have had ST pretty much since 1992, they do need to offer an incentive though and this years is a bit thin bearing in mind it's less matches than 2014 and £50 dearer. They also need to take into account the fact that a lot of couples both have ST but don't need 2 programmes and only one car park pass. -
I agree, genuinely a nice bloke who could do very well.

Sounds like a stunt just to ensure Lakesde had first call on his services last year. As you say nothing surprises me anymore.

It's Andersen, no doubt about it.

So what's new, this practice has gone on for decades

bigcatdiary replied to phillipsr's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I am pretty sure that the Danish riders have to ride Danish League to be able to compete in the Danish Championships and get entry in the WC events, is Woffinden still eligible/able to ride in the British Championship in 2015 -
You could be right but not at Plymouth
