Nice to see Wrighty and Topinka come through last night unscathed. You got the feeling that both riders had tonight in the back of their minds as both were below par last night. I'm sure it'll be a different story tonight though!!! COME ON THE WHIPPET!!!

Get well soon David! As everyone expected, Simon Stead was brilliant to watch and thoroughly deserved his victory. Earlier on in the meeting it looked like Doolan might have gave him a run for his money but it turned out that Ostergaard was on the gas instead. i would have liked to have seen another race with Simon and Ulrich at the end because ulrich had just recorded the fastest time of the night and looked really fast. Well done Simon, nice to hear him say he wished he could ride at DP every week!
