That bit is fine. Its all the rest of the politics, manipulation etc..........

One way you would value the business is how much cash it generates but looking at Poole Speedway Ltd accounts that has diminished considerably over the last 3 years so not looking good. 5 years ago was when it had its highest net worth but that was probably taking into account the assets including rider contracts.

The next possible extended gap between home fixtures is next month from 5th to 17th July.
I really can't see how Matt Ford can be in denial about the track condition when he and his son Danny have openly stated in the local press that it needs sorting and will be..
Get Guy Nicholls on the case - he will be able to supply one!

What's typical about it? Would have thought it to be the other way round!

Dead right and there is no dirt on the track there!!

I don't know. I am not a Poole supporter but just wondered about whether it was just last year they would not have the suits as I thought the 70th celebrations were the reason last season.

2 hours ago, Skidder1 said:I'm sure Poole will keep it close for the entertainment factor. Nobody really wants to see a one-sided meeting with little racing and loads of Poole 5-1's do they?
Cheating already this early in the season!!

Is Poole not using team race suits again this year?

What has he said?

I was looking out for him in the excellent video but didn't see him.

I don't know, you try to bring it back round to speedway AR and no-one is bothered!! Might as well get back on to politics then!!!

7 minutes ago, Skidder1 said:What annoys me somewhat are the continual jibes from so-called Poole fans - I expect it from opposition 'fans'! - when the 2019 team retains 4 of the successful 2018 team, thereby retaining some continuity, brings back a club asset and at the same time manages to do it within the 42.50 team building limit, by losing 2.5 points from the 2018 ending team - and we're still only in January - 3 months before Poole's season commences.
Rant over. COYP
That's speedway supporters Skids!!

Rule change for 2019 - there will be no heats 13 and 15! Cost cutting exercise!

Very hard to say unless he has the chance to ride a factory bike. I think he could do a better job at Ducati as no2 to Dovi than Petrucci will.
