I don't deny they would be snapped up soon enough, but why would they even consider signing people in the first place if they were contemplating a move to the EL? it would have to be an absolutely outstanding offer for a club to change their minds and take the finanical risk of moving up imo.

With all this EL talk...what happens if this is the case (and I persoanlly hope it's not) with regard to Roynon and Bjerre whom we have already got signed for next season!? now I know neither are our asset, but I still feel it's unfair to agree contracts with them and then drop them entirely.

I agree with some of the comments, i'm disappointed that last week JC said that they would hope to get as many riders who had connections with Ash as possible (like they have done other years) and in fact half of them had no connection at all! obviously i understand that some others may have been contacted and turned it down before anyone says that!
