It has since risen above this as Rose has established a true average of 4.24 (he was on a 3.00 at the time of the changes) so any further multiple changes need to bring the team back under the points limit which seriously limits any further team strengthening

So with the eventual confirmation by Edinburgh today of Craig Cook and the Speedway Star appearing to confirm Brent Werner for the Plymouth line up then thats all teams complete and updated.
