KevH 257 Posted January 10, 2006 I'd be very grateful if someone could post Hans' BL Stats from 1991 onwards. i.e. M R P B T Av F P to include League, KO Cup & League Cup if possible. A big call I know, but would really appreciate any info - every little bits helps - thanks anyway.

Skid Mark 0 Posted January 10, 2006 That's what i was thinking, but according to the "Main Dane" book he never. Does seem a bit strange though!

Does seem a bit strange though! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think the majority of statistics in that book are lifted from the British Speedway History book which was published in 1991 - I'm sure the later ones are incomplete. KevH 257 Posted January 10, 2006 Maybe Mr Turner can shed some light?
Steve Turner 0 Posted January 11, 2006 Sorry mate, not this time (although I can guarantee Hans got plenty of maximums in the years you're after.) Rob Peasley will should have records of Hans' time at Oxford. Send him a 'pm'. You should try the same with Gambo for the Cov stats. Good luck Let me know if ya fall short Kevin, and I'll see what I can do

rami 14 Posted January 11, 2006 And another statistic - Hans was the second best Dane of his era, only Erik Gundersen was slightly better!!!! oops let the debate begin lol!!!

robpeasley 0 Posted January 11, 2006 Kevin, I'm sure I have got those figures, I'll have a dig around tomorrow night. All the best Rob P.S. Rami, Hans Nielsen topped the British domestic averages seven years on the trot (1984-1990), a feat never matched, while Erik Gundersen - while a great rider - never managed it once. No contest, I think
