Rebecca Cook Richards 0 Posted October 4, 2013 Hi ... my Dad is Derek Cook and sadly he passed away from cancer in May 1997 aged 54 in Perth, Western Australia. I am trying to put together a 'book' (so to speak) about my dad. If anyone has any pictures or newspaper articles that I could have copies of they would be hugely appreciated. Thank you ..
