Can anyone suggest accomodation nearby that is accessible for wheelchairs? It's too far from Scotland to Rye House to do in one day - Sheffield was far enough for us!!! Thanks in advance.

Often stay at Cheshunt Marriott when down. Its about the nearest to Hoddesdon. Otherwise Holiday Inn, Stevenage.

Holiday Inn Borehamwood is about 20 mins away. Right at the bottom of the A1M.

Theres the Churchgate Hotel in Harlow which is nice but pricey. If not theres a travel lodge or a premier inn in harlow which is 5mins from Rye House

Theres a new Travel Lodge at the A10/M25 junction. Very easy access to Rye House from there, about 10 mins normally.
