Sam Martin Wins Gillman Solo Title

Sam Martin made a welcome return to racing last night with a win in the gillman solo title.

His strongest opposition came from Robert Branford, and they had a cpl of good dices, including the final where Martin had to use all his experience to come from behind.

Branford lifted slightly giving Martin the chance to sneek inside and go on for the win.

Next best was Ben Turner who got a late call up and finished the meeting on the borrowed bikes of Hadcliffe and Branford which showed the good carma between the riders.

Ben Hadcliffe was the other finalist and he showed good form all night to place well in the heats, and secure his final berth.
