Mrs Mildenhall Passes Away Rip Jean Mascall

Recommended Posts

I am deeply saddened by this news. Jean suffered with her health over many years but she always managed to keep a smile on her face.

My deepest sympathy goes to Ray and the family.

Can only add my condolences to those messages of sympathy already expressed towards Ray Mascall following the sad loss of his wife Jean. Our thoughts are with Ray, his family and close friends at this sad time.

My sincere condolences to Ray.

As with others, Jean and I did not always agree in terms of our views on Mildenhall, but it was clear to anyone who knew Jean that she loved Speedway and the Fen Tigers.

Condolences to Ray and the Family. Even though we never met, she sounds like she was a lovely lady to know.

The family are in my thoughts.

To say I am shocked is an understatement. I had no idea that

Jean was so ill, or had been so for so long.

Jean PM'd me on here a few weeks back, about a comment

I posted on a Mildenhall thread, which tickled her a bit,

we then had a few chats via PM re the club and so on,

which brought about a friendship, albeit online.

A wonderful lady and will be sadly missed here.

Keep strong Ray and sincere Condolences to you and

your family.

RIP Jean, one of a kind.

Jean had some far out views on speedway but she was an out and out passionate Mildenhall speedway supporter, the sort of regular that all tracks needs to keep going!

She was part of the fixtures and fittings at Mildenhall speedway for seemingly as long its been going and the place won't be the same without her!

A true supporter of Mildenhall and speedway. Enjoyed many chats and jokes. Will not be the same to not see her standing in the stadium cheering on the lads.

Can only echo what everyone else has said, Tomcat in particular, I never met Jean although we often spoke here via private message about the tigers or thE national league in general it was always a pleasure to have these discussions with Jean and she was clearly Mildenhall through and through. My thoughts are with Ray and everyone close to Jean and the mascall family.

R.I.P Jean

Very sad to here this news, Jean was a lot more than just a supporter, she was a friend to, not only to me, my wife Jackie and daughter Kirsty, but everyone. She will be sadly missed.

Thinking of you Ray, not just today but all the time, keep in touch.
