Gemini 4,894 Posted December 29, 2010 Because there isn't a better way. Have no points limit and the Elite League would be down to a handful of teams in a couple of years. There has to be some sort of levelling up at the end of each season and it's usually the top couple of teams who are hit the most. That's how it has been for years and Coventry have had their share of having to lose riders without complaint.
