I'm not able to post results from the meeting, maybe someone of the Finnish readers here can keep you all up to date... There's a chance that the U19 EC semifinal is gonna have liveupdates. Vicar 2 Posted July 1, 2011 Any lineup for tomorrow UEM U19 in Seinäjoki?
f-s-p 832 Posted July 1, 2011 Any lineup for tomorrow UEM U19 in Seinäjoki? There's been absolutely nothing officially regarding tomorrows meeting, nothing. I just checked with speedway.org and they have nothing either, so I suspect its an UEM thing. I did hear today that only three are going through since the final's host nation doesn't have a qualified rider and semi 4 is the one giving from its quota. I'm at the track early tomorrow so I'll post something after noon. The organizer has also decided against keeping live updates, but we'll see how the day gets going and whether or not I'm into keeping some myself on this forum. f-s-p 832 Posted July 2, 2011 (edited) Practide has been postponed twice, another track check at 1145. The weather radar looks really bad, but then again it's supposed to be pouring down at the moment and it's not. I do have a feeling though that we'll see the results of this meeting today. EDIT II: Practise cancelled, meeting goes ahead as planned at 4PM local. Short practise before each first heat. EDIT: SM-liiga last tuesday, I saw no one else had done them... Three danes through after Lahti's engine failed on lap three in the rerun while clear second behind MJJ. Some great speedway through the meeting after the locals made huge effort in saving the track and the meeting from abandonment. Loads of rain yesterday and last night and the track was really soggy but with the sun and hardwork they pulled it off. MBJ was the best and might have won it with max if MJJ had not had a fall in his second. He was helped by teammates a couple of times and he owns the guys a few drinks, not just Mad croc I might add. MJJ and Lahti had a great battle in their heat and a couple of heats after the interval had so much passing that I could not keep up. Hopefully starting the trip back home now, I've been here since 8AM and I'm only the photographer...
