With a normal hear schedule Heat 9 and 10 have one reserve from each team. You are also correct that there is no dedicated nr 1 but
that teams can choose freely how to place their 5 best riders. Reserves can be non Swedish riders as well. Normally the home team
put their best riders at 1,3 & 5. Also unlike Britain, averages are updated after every meeting so reserves can change from one meeting to another.

https://ta.svemo.se/Public/Pages/Competition/DrivingSchedule/CompetitionHeatSchema.aspx?Branch=Speedway&Season=2019&Serie=Elitserien&Resultfilter=APPROVED&Columns=FromDateShort,Name,HeatSchema,HeatResult&pagesize=20&CompetitionId=10771

The heat schedule this year will look like this, not sure if there are other rule changes as well due to the new format.
Heat 13 -15 will have riders based on their scoring, with the two lowest scoring from each team in h13 and highest scoring in h15.

Assuming that that grid is in rider order I make it: (Order R-B-Y-W, not the UK system)

1 - 1,2 v 1,2

2- 3,4 v 3,4

3- 5,6 v 5,6

4- 3,4 v 1, 2

5- 5,6 v 3,4

6- 1,2 v 5,6

7- 5,6 v 1,2

8- 1,2 v 3,4

9- 3,4 v 5,6

10- 5,2 v 1,4

11- 1,4 v 3,6

12- 3,6 v 5,2

13-15 Nominated but I suspect based on actual scoring of riders.

One other observation from that grid is that the Polish system regarding helmet colours may be in use, with yellow being used by the heat leaders/senior riders rather than white. If not you'll need to swap round the away riders in the above.

They have said 13 is 2 lowest and 15 is 2 highest- which leaves 14 as what`s left.

Thanks. I wasn't sure. Very cautious posting anything these days. Hope the information helps.

The formula's first nine heats are the first half of the old 18 heat test match formula - and the early league formula in the 1930s in the UK, followed by three 'mixed' heats.

It seems like a workable solution. I wonder if a rider will be nominated as a reserve to cover tapes or time exclusions, or will they just go with three rider races when they occur? The other consideration is what happens if a rider has to withdraw through injury? Injured Rider Replacement as in the UK?
