He says it is due his wife/girlfriend is expecting and that he is starting on a new job in Stockholm. R/R for the 4 best riders with no restrictions No demotion to lower leagues but a team from Allsvenskan will be able to be promoted to Elitserien Requirement for two Swedish riders. The return to the 2019 rules takes place, among other things, through the 7-man schedule returning. Next year's rules also mean that floor and ceiling sections will be introduced at 8,000 and 11,000 respectively.
