I don’t get one thing, maybe you could explain it for me.
The points average (taksnittet) for riders 1 - 6 in each team that we have for teams in the Swedish Speedway is 10.250 if I’m not wrong, how can Dackarna fit Janowski, Doyle and Woffinden in their team?

Very simple, Becker, Thorssell has quite low averages and Doyle only 1.865.

Allsvenskan semi final pairings have been decided.

Valsarna - Griparna
Indianerna - Team Rapid

IMO Valsarna and Team Rapid are favourites to reach the final.

Former Smederna rider Linus Eklöf has decided to retire. He says it is due his wife/girlfriend is expecting and that he is starting on a new job in Stockholm.

IMO not really surprising given that Linus hasn't really evolved. much during 500 cc career.

Rules set for next season:

Floor average 8.000
Average cap 9.000
2019 heatschedule / riders
Tactictal subtstitue limit changed back to 6 point.
R/R for the 4 best riders with no restrictions
No demotion to lower leagues but a team from Allsvenskan will be able to be promoted to Elitserien
Requirement for two Swedish riders.
All Swedish riders with an average lower then 1.000 will have an average discount and have their averages lowered to 0,500.

On scale 1-10 where 10 is excellent I give the new rules a 2. Very very very poor rule changes. Will increase cost and we will again see
mediocre foreign riders filling yup the teams,

Isn`t the upper cap 11 not 9 ?

The return to the 2019 rules takes place, among other things, through the 7-man schedule returning. Next year's rules also mean that floor and ceiling sections will be introduced at 8,000 and 11,000 respectively. The roof section is an increase compared to before

Some very poor crowds for the Swedish meetings this season. Any specific reasons for this? And with the predicted exodus of 'top' expensive riders for next season, what effect will this have?
