Would you say that average crowd levels have dropped by 200 or more since Nicholls was sold?

If the answer is yes then thats £50k+ each season of reduced revenue so its not hard to get through that sum of money.

It does not just come down to crowd levels how much profit is made by the promotion, there are many other cost saving measures like paying the inferior premier league riders point money which is very much lower than the elite leagues. The programme has risen in price and the £15.50 entrance fee would be little different if in the elite. I heard the point money in the national league was £15 which is disgusting and guess its not much better in the premier league.

There are indeed many other factors but most costs woukd be the same in PL and EL.

Rent insurance licences etc all the same. Yes points money is less but even if that was £5k a meeting that would be offset Sky money.

So that may as likely mean that these asset sales balance the books rather than boost any potential profit.

It's not your business to name riders for the Witches team that we could of brought in earlier this season, yet it IS your business to know what happens to transfer money they receive from selling assets?

I think it's pathetic the way you keep going on about the transfer fees for certain riders! If you're too stupid to realise the current economic situation and that most clubs are losing money. I would lay off the lager and you might realise that we are in a recession!
