I can see no weather forcast for tomorrow that predicts rain, sleet or snow for Workington.

It might be a wee bit Baltic, so wrap up warm and back the Comets in their last meeting of the season.

So, with McBain also listed for this, and Joe Jacobs booked for tomorrow, it seems that Jakobsen has taken the hint & simply stopped annoying everyone by his attendance.

It remains to be seen whether Barrett is coming in for two pointless meetings rather than three but, to be frank, running with Carr & McBain sends out exactly the right message - we can't be bothered, so why should you?

Careful there are those on here who could see that as an attack on the Butcher .....brave man.

To be fair this is probably one fixture that both clubs wouldve preferred not to be bothering with, there really isnt much riding on it for either side.So for once Im quite happy we are giving Liam Carr a go,whether he scores or not isnt the question,my guess is he probably wont, but he`s had a few months racing at NL level, lets see if he has improved.
