Oil Change

I need to know is it ok to change my engine oil from putoline speedway blue to silkolene r40s it seems easier to get hold of silkolene

Should be no problem,just warm up the bike dump the old oil and refill with the new.

Swapping oil is fine as long as u dont swap from castor to synthetic or vice versa.

The silkolene says castor and synthetic and speedway blue says castor with additives will it be ok to use the silkolene?

The oil will be either synthetic or castor, not both. Once u find out which one it is u can mix different brands as long as u dont swap between synthetic and castor until u have an engine service
