Poole Pirates Vs Birmingham Brummies - 07/10/13 - Grand Final 1st Leg

Recommended Posts

After an extraordinary come back from a 10 point defeat at Swindon the Poole Pirates have shown that the Swindon Robins are all roar and no bite as they brushed away the confident Robins with ease!

Poole Pirates just edge out the Birmingham Brummies if you ask me but sure to be a couple of close matches.

Both teams will be relying on the tail end to put in the points when it matters.

Many said either Poole or Swindon would be overall winners. So is Poole set to win it for 2013 or will the Brummies be able to pull back a possibly 10 point lead next week...

Tough one to call, much will depend on Doyley, and Harris down at Poole, also how the reserves go for both teams, Im expecting a double points lead for The Pirates, if its 14+ then Im afraid it will be to much for The Brummies to pull back, so a likely 1st leg score something like 51-39 is the order of the day.

He's not riding tonight, if he rides i would have liked him to have ridden for Ipswich first, otherwise it's a big gamble.
