Vazte20 3 Posted January 8, 2014 Mort is was a legend with me this year, I joined the Belle Vue team running in the 2013 Manchester 10km and time was running short and I still hadn't received my team t-shirt after a couple of emails things were looking a little grim. I went to work and got an email from the wife wife could I give her a call at home, she said a package had arrived for me and "the dude" looked really familiar to her. Mort had gone out of his way during the day to find where I lived and delivered it personally! On the day I found to my surprise that he was part of the running team and had plenty of time for me and to my shock left me in his wake after about 4km... First home meeting after against Eastbourne I was given the full red carpet treatment from Belle Vue with access to all the riders from both teams. Safe to say everyone when about and beyond for me and just shows with a guy like Mort in charge what a family friendly environment he is creating 3 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
