I`d like to think Lakeside can hold it pretty close with Bech scoring well. 48-42

Can't get to this one due to work but think it should be a good match to see how well the new side gels together........

Think a ten point win for Poole..........

Depends on which Davey Watt turns up! ;)

Seriously though, not overly concerned at the result - just no injuries and a chance to get some competetive action prior to the first meaningful fixture on Friday.

Nobody is going to be busting a gut in a challenge match. It will be a nice warm up for the big one against Swindon on Friday though.

Not holding out much hope for this but got to give it a go....is there anyone going to this meeting who would be able to text updates to the Updates site? If so, could you please send me a private message including your mobile number.

Thanks

Dry at the moment but it looks like the BBC have the forecast wrong as there's a lot of the wet stuff heading our way for later this afternoon/ evening. Met Office say dry after 4 pm but that's the time it looks like the rain will be here.

Fingers crossed for some action.

Poole's webmaster should be back from his hols so race updates will be resumed via the Poole twitter feed and website forum.
