Weather looks to be good but will the racing be good?

Be interesting to see how the new format pans out and how the reserves get on, did see that LEwis top scored last night for the panthers before it got stopped.

Predictions anyone??

Panthers ride at Rye House on Saturday so who does Lewis Blackbird ride for that night? I understand PL have preference but this is not a League match.

As it's not a league match but it is the second leg of the cup match so not sure who get's first choice on Lewis?

It is not a cup match but the second leg (now first leg I suppose) of the East of England challenge match.

Ah thanks then I guess Eastbourne must take priority then seeing as it's only a challenge match?

I'm suprised that a challenge match at rye takes preference over a league match at arlington.

The Rye House Web says Panthers will be unchanged so presumably Stefan Neilsen the next on the draft list will be the replacement. This is the sort of information Connor Dugard should be putting on the website , after all the fixtures have been out for several weeks and if Lewis is not available they should keep us up to date.

PL team use the riders doubling up, just as it should be irrespective of challenge etc. why should the Rye House attendance suffer as it surely would if Edward Kennett was riding at Eastbourne. The EL has chosen the squad system so thats what they have to use.

The PL only have 1st choice IF they own the rider. If an EL club owns the rider then they have priority, as it should be.

Jonny the spud, as of 5 minutes ago, Lewis was setting his bike up for Eastbourne. Good to see your lad has started well by the way.

What is this squad system you speak of?

The more you look at this match the more questions arise. Not only is Eddie due to be at Rye House but Ben Barker is I guess at Plymouth.

What team can the Brummies put out? Are they going to do a Poole on us and bring in a load of Arlington specialists. I can already envisage Bridger and Worrall so we might have a good meeting.
