waiheke1 4,295 Posted June 10, 2014 Aces really need a win here if they are to push for play off places. Im going to say aces by two, first away win of the season

stevebrum 6,820 Posted June 10, 2014 Should be an easy home win unless the Aces can actually perform away from home. They did it at Wolves but have been dire since.

Have to agree here Stevebrum, for some daft reason we always go missing away from Kirky Lane.

lionheart 86 Posted June 10, 2014 The big question is, can Zagar win heat
Rob B 1,255 Posted June 10, 2014 Have to agree here Stevebrum, for some daft reason we always go missing away from Kirky Lane. Our away form been poor, not helped by the fact that in the 9 away meetings we had we only had our full 1-7 in couple of them. Partly our fault though by signing Cook as heatleader but doubling up. Brummie Kev 519 Posted June 10, 2014 Oh my god, an Elite League match with two full strength teams, surely that cant be right?. Are we sure there isn't a secret Polish Championship Meeting somewhere. Â Hope its a good match, always love watching a class act like Zagar who went very well at PB last year. Also it will be good to see a full match from Bartek, hoping he can carry on from his impressive second ride against the Robins last week.
The Pedaler 149 Posted June 10, 2014 (edited) it will be good to see a full match from Bartek  Your last chance to do so too if his contract runs out at the end of the month.  He'll have three away fixtures too this month, and will be bound to be impressed with British speedway and all it has to offer, if he's thinking about riding here full time, with Eastbourne and Belle Vue being two of those three.. P T Preece 262 Posted June 10, 2014 Tough one, but think we can edge it, just hope its by 6+ points so we can come away with 3 and climb off the bottom.
andypoll 16 Posted June 10, 2014 Aces due a win away from home, but it will be a tough one . Both teams fairly matched so i predict a very close encounter. Fingers crossed for the Aces. #Aces Pride.

Partly our fault though by signing Cook as heatleader but doubling up. Agree Rob, but Cook's away performances this year have been poor. Birmingham being one of his better tracks, and the prospect of the clashes with Ben Barker, Cook may have a better meeting. How things have changed from the start of the season, Birmingham are no longer the pushovers they were, and BV have so far performed well under what the fans expected. Thus said BV are desperate for some away points, to keep their season, and Play-Off hopes alive, should be a close one.
