Cardiff Tickets On The Day And Park And Ride

Recommended Posts

Just wondering if anyone here has ever got tickets on the day, and where will be able to get them? how much are they likely to be, just general information really.

also, thinking of using a park and ride service, and wondering if there are any services people would recommend?

Park and Ride at Cardiff East. Means you don't have to get into or out of Cardiff (not that it's that difficult or troublesome). The council normally sign post and advertise the best options though in the week leading up to it.

You can buy tickets on the day. There's the ticket office by the main gate or ticket line in Westgate Street. Or find a tout, offer them £15 a ticket and walk away if you have to - once you're in the stadium pick an empty seat.

As mentioned tickets will be available on the day from the ticket office. Ticket prices will be the same as listed on the official website below.

There are also some details about park and ride on the website, but expect that to be updated as we get nearer the date, along with details of the official ticket office.

As far as Park & Ride goes, we parked on a large car perk near the Travel Lodge down near the Quay, I understand it was some council office car park.

Cost £10 for the two of us to park and ride, probably a mile walk to stadium but you still need to park.

The Park and Ride we usually use is down by the International Swimming Centre / White Water Centre / Toys R Us.

Its £10 for the whole carload - 5 of us.

They drop you in Callaghan Square and pick up from there near the Brains Bridge - about a mile from the Stadium.

It can take a while to get on a bus after the meeeting due to the queues but overall we have been very happy with the service and its dual carriageway all the way back to the Motorway.
