SWINDONS move for fans favourite Peter Kildemand has been unavoidably delayed.

The Danish star was due to return to the M&S Van Rental Robins for next weeks home and away Elite League matches against Kings Lynn as a short-term replacement for the injured Adrian Miedzinski.

But Kildemand suffered a knee injury whilst practicing in his home country on Thursday, and that will leave him on the sidelines for the Stars fixtures.

It means the Robins will retain Miedzinski in their team declaration and will need to book a guest for the trip to the Norfolk Arena on Wednesday and the return at the Abbey 24-hours later.

Boss Alun Rossiter said: Peter has knee ligament damage, and hes going to need an operation at the end of the season.

Hopefully its only going to mean a week out for him and therefore well be looking to the home match against Wolverhampton on April 30 for him to return for us.

In the meantime Im going through the options of available riders to come in for us against Kings Lynn.

Would imagine Hans or Scott will be the guest for Kildemand at King's Lynn. Nicholls was very impressive there recently. If Hans theb Would also give Andersen some track time there before Coventry's meeting at King's Lynn the following week.

Would be happy with Hans on the thurs at Swindon, but I think his average is too high to guest away for us on wed.

Can only repeat what someone else has already said on the forum, if it wasn't for bad luck Swindon wouldn't have any luck so far this season. The only way is up, isn't it? Hoping for a speedy recovery for Troy, Peter and Adrian and although he's no longer a Robin Simon Stead too.

Can see Dak or Magic riding for us wed and or thurs.

Would imagine more likely to be Hans and maybe Nicholls or Harris.

Guests for wed Dak and Chris Harris, so one correct prediction each.

Just seen Wright is missing for Thursday again. What a sh*t signing he has been. Not his fault at all but these fixture clashes are a joke. It's bad enough with guests needed at 1 and 5 for the next couple of weeks. It's gonna be 1 of them years! Roll on 2016 in the new stadium

Think we should approach Belle Vue about swapping Charles for Steve as Steve isn't getting the results he had last season.

Charles also struggling with speed in his bikes.

How will the new stadium help with fixture clashes?
