Well this is going to take some filling!

Epic news for NL Speedway, 11 Teams and some big names in what could be a great league if the rules can be sorted to make the teams very even!

Micheal Neale at reserve for the Heathes, great start well happy to have him on board but what I find a bit strange is that we have only just found out we in the NL but we make the first signing!

How long have the Management known is my question...

Weeks.

Im very pleased we will be racing in 2015...But 'All Smoke and Mirrors' springs to mind!

I just think were never told the whole truth. Im not saying the Heathens fans are lied to, just we are lead to believe things.

Pearson said the track deal was sorted in the last fortnight. Tbf to them seeing as Mikey was around the set up last year it probably wasn't too hard to do a deal, after all Mikey would know everything he needed to know about the club!

I don't see whats so hard to sort out signing a NL rider, "want to sign for us?" "yes". Sorted, £10 a point and however much it is per mile as it is for all riders and all clubs.

Tony Mole said that they will have race jackets in the traditional yellow and red; I presume the same as those used for the two challenge matches at Monmore Green a couple of months ago?

You know what, I'm sure the red and yellow is not good. Speedway merchandise is a bit naff at the best of times but what the hell can you do with red and yellow? I'd use this as a new fresh start and I'd dump the yellow personally. Red and white are good colours.

Interesting league to follow this year I reckon. As Len Silver is co-promoter at Kent Kings and promoter at Rye can he still run at both clubs in the same role? Same goes for John Sampford as team Manager! As riders riding for Kent seem to be contracted with Rye House and/or Lakeside it will be interesting to see where they go. I doubt much will happen before the December 9th NDL AGM, then see the long knives being drawn.
