As part of the new format for the British Masters Grasstrack, the ACU (the National governing body of Motorcycle Sport) has awarded this Meeting to Bristol Grass Racing Combine.
The Club are pleased to announce that we will be running this Meeting at our "Field of Dreams" track at Hangar Farm, Lower Stanton St. Quinton, Nr. Chippenham ,Wilts SN14 6HG on Sunday May 24th 2015.

WHAT IS GRASSTRACK ?

For anyone unfamiliar with the sport, here's a brief explanation of Grasstrack.
Closely related to Speedway and Longtrack Speedway, Grasstrack in this Country is mainly an amateur sport, taking place on temporary tracks and run by non profit making Clubs on most weekends from late March until the end of October. Club meetings may include classes for Riders of all ages, on a variety of Solo and Sidecar machinery. The British Clubmans Championship will be for Riders on 500cc Solos and 1000cc Right Hand Sidecars, and will provide qualifiers to join the Elite of the sport for The British Masters Championship, to be run by the Wimborne club, later in the year.

BRISTOL GRASS RACING COMBINE

The Club is a small group of enthusiasts based in Bristol, mostly current or former riders. Meetings have been run at our Hangar Farm venue for several years, the tracks being popular with both riders and spectators.
