Polish Promotion/relegation Sunday 4th October

Recommended Posts

... a few years ago makes all the difference :-)

So the rule was changed at some point to make it Polish U21s only.? -which i think is a terrific rule and will ensure the long term health of Polish speedway.Racers and Royals said that it used to be 1 Pole and 1 foreigner which explains how Emil was able to do it. This all started because, in my old age  i confused Slawomir Drabik and Sergei Darkin. -Boinggg  All the best. Alan.

Loktaev got a one year ban starting from today (?), plus 5000 zloty.

He will be allowed to ride a speedway bike again at the end of next season, and he will continue his career then.

Had Loktajev been a good boy, would Falubaz have made the playoffs? And I dont mean to speculate, didnt they atleast lose a bpoint?

Yes they would have been in instead of Torun-because the amended score lost them the bonus point

After the Finnish cc ski team got busted for doping, it became common practise to make an agreement that if an athlete is caught doping, they'll receive a penalty and have to pay it. For instance if the goverment would say that we will take 100000 euros of from the money given to the ski federation cos of doping, the federation could ask the money from the athlete 'cos of the signed and agreed deal.

Now that Falubaz is out of the playoffs and 2mill zlotys in debt, I wonder what ZG will ask from Loktajev. Might have been one PRICELESS joint!

Maybe they will thank him instead-because if they had got to the play-offs they would have been even more in debt ;)

Maybe... My first thought was that they had budgeted the tickets from the semi's and finals already and thats why they fell short. Quite common mistake in professional sports.

I've only seen the headlines, dont know whats going on in ZG.

He replaced Robert Kościecha as tactical reserve and Andzejs Lebedevs replaced Kasts Puodzuks as normal reserve.

12.15pm for 1st race 12.45pm Ostrow v Daugavpils

Even if Ostrow would manage to win the total they are not sure if they could afford to accept promotion since they would need to at a minimum double

their budget from 2.5 million Zloty (~4'300'000) to 5 million Zloty (~870'000).
