What punitive actions can anyone take against him?You're right to point out that no one can take punitive action against him. However, if there was a concerted campaign for regular progress updates, then surely it would be in his company's interest to avoid bad press. At last it is sinking in that Stadia are so full of bull sh#t re the umpteen completion dates. It is unfortunate that speedway are just tenants and have no clout or say but they had the opportunity to buy or build their own stadium when times were good but they did not. This is what someone told me but as we only lease the stadium all it takes is for Stadia uk to pull out of the mongrel racing and not lease the stadium due to health and safety or some rubbish.
