The article claims that the mount of venture capital raised in 2020 was 11 billion, whilst a trillion pounds left the UK because of Brexit. And what are the types of thing this venture capital is funding? A gambling company, 5 online banks that are all losing money, and an online retailer that's only made a profit since COVID.
