Game On 1,117 Posted April 11, 2016 I enjoy banter mate, but its got to the point now its not banter, its either personal or turns into a slanging match, which usually involves Poole, like the title says. Yes sometimes it's personal, sometimes deserved sometimes not. It's bound to involve Poole as they are your team, and your promoter has done some dodgy things best, but some of it will be down to jealousy of your clubs success. Basically the man is a cheat that is just out for himself. I'm a Lakeside fan but don't remember anything underhand on this occasion.. Reading the article about us (Lakeside) using Kasprzak is interesting. I was at the first fans meeting that Stuart Douglas held where he announced KK had signed. He said that Lakeside went all out to sign Jason Crump and that Jason was very interested in coming here. He made a comment to the effect, that KK was offered to us with favourable terms if we ended our pursuit of Jason Crump. Not sure what the favourable terms were but I don't believe that Poole were as helpful to us as the article suggests.....again in turn being more helpful to themselves. Lindgren was riding in the Swedish final (as were Dennis Andersson and Ricky Kling). Poole used R/R for Andersson and had Mateusz Szczepaniak guest for Kling. Masters failed a last minute fitness test, meaning that technically, Lindgren then took over so the guest was for him BUT that meant the guest should be in reserve and Kling (Mateusz Szczepaniak) should have moved to number 2. My memory isn't as it was I tend to give Ford the benefit of the doubt cos I went to Poole before he took over, so know what a massive difference it is.
