Dave Jones 2,119 Posted April 11, 2016 Yes, but thank goodness I'm not a miserable old sod.......yet. I wouldn't use the word miserable myself. More a case of expecting a more professional approach from the club, something that has been sadly lacking for the last 4& bit seasons.

Gemini 4,894 Posted April 11, 2016 (edited) Its off. Good. Sensible decision 'cos I can stay in now and watch Corrie. Must be hard being a promoter on days like this ~ try to get the match on like Leicester and then have the few hundred brave souls who have turned up standing around in the cold and wet before calling it off at 8pm, or cancel early enough to stop fans travelling. Thank you Coventry. ......CB252.......Should re-stage this tomorrow. Decent forecast and all riders here ahead of Wednesday's meeting at Lynn. Now that's a good idea but would there be enough time to organise everything and get the track fit for racing after all the rain that's expected tonight? I wouldn't have thought it would be that simple. How to get a picture on here? Go into My Profile ~ Edit Profile ~ Photo.
