E is sick or carrying a non-speedway injury for which a Medical Certificate must be supplied to the SCB within 48 hours of the sickness/injury in which case the Rider may only return within 7 days (including his Team's next home meeting) with the express permission of the MC......... Poor Richard isn't the first to succumb to this particular affliction . Armadalious Tricktrackius Virus , or Dump Flu as it's commonly known , has affected riders in the past . A dilapidated stadium surrounding a tight wee technical track is a notorious breeding ground for Dump Flu . A decade or so ago Paul Bentley used turn up at every Tigers meeting at Armadale , much to our irritation , suffering from Dump Flu . And latterly Thomas H Jonasson used to contract it two or three times a month . We wish Richard a speedy recovery and wish our stand in , Ricky Wells , all the very best tomorrow night .
