Steve he's having his average reassessed for next season due to a season out, Poole can sign him on a 4pt average but only if he's a GP rider.

I agree with Steve. Any rider already awarded a WC should not get another one the following season regardless of circumstances.

I would have no issue with him getting a wc, but fact is there will likely be 5 poles already in the series, so there is no way he will be given a wildcard.
