Next meeting of the tru7massif to be held at 8pm on Thursday 01 December 2016 in the East Gate Inn, Colchester, followed by a meeting in Hadleigh (venue TBA) with a meeting planned for Sudbury some time in the New Year.

All like minded speedway supporters are welcome to attend as these events are fully inclusive, not by invite only.

Look forward now to the End of Season Do at Ufford Park tonight.

Blimey, they are even further out than Ipswich! Blooming long way to go for an orange squash....

Well we'll swap the Sudbury one for Trimley then Sue, as long as you come along,

The point of these is to include everyone, not to hold invite only events, and to be as inclusive as possible which means holding them in the areas that the members reside. And, of course, they are not compulsory, so it is your choice whether you join in or not.

Kevin made a number of mentions of the massif during the presentations which were acknowledged positively by all the riders and Chris.

Top job from Kevin (as ever) tonight underlining his worth to the club.

Yes, it was good to be there and hear the feedback that was provided for the "Massif" at tonight's event.

Kevin Long is the ultimate professional and the members that were there were recognised by him - even though one did destroy a glass, whoops.

Quality control in glass making isnt what it used to be....

No need to change on my account, sods law would say that something would come up or my health would not be great on the day and you would have gone to all the trouble for nothing. I'll just keep an eye out and if one is held that is doable for me (health and distance wise), then I'll toddle along.

Shame there wasn't more members there. Maybe next season we can improve that. Should easily be able to double it, if not more.

Any thoughts on a cash prize for next season. Say 20 people 1 pound each, soon adds up. Or our man of match weekly pay out or bottle of something. Or oil or chain or something like that. Maybe tyre
