Berwick 2017 50th Year

Recommended Posts

Hopefully they will give Jacobs a go when the new averages come out. Although Sarj is probably looking for a new team spot too.

Payne and Etheridge could easily be replaced in a couple of weeks for much better riders

But also could prove themselves able to stay in! Is this team approved by SCB or BSPA yet, is that why Ipwich have changed their website back?

Sounds like they are keen to get the big hitter signed then worry about the longer term replacements once the averages change.

BSPA confirmed Berwick's new 1-7 a few minutes ago.

Riding order at Ipswich:

1. Nick Morris, 2. Jye Etheridge, 3. Kevin Doolan, 4. Liam Carr, 5. Lewis Bridger, 6. Dany Gappmaier, 7. Lee Payne.

But jye at nr.2.

He rode well for Redcar last season, not so well for Edinburgh though and he's not brilliant at Berwick, think it will change again in a couple of weeks when the original members of the team get there averages

Comfortably the weakest bottom 3 in the league with Carr, Etheridge & Payne. We'll need to make further changes once the averages change or the wooden spoon still beckons.
