Ipswich 2017

Recommended Posts

Taken from Witches web....

Cam saw a specialist yesterday and there is hope for him to be back for the play-offs, that is the ambition. Sedgy has seen a specialist as well but that is not looking so good and I expect him to be out for the year. You never know in speedway but the reports are not good on his shoulder. We are hopeful on Cam but not expectant on Sedgy.

What do Ipswich fans think of Newman this season? I guess I expected him to be a strong second string/ 3rd heat leader. A role he has pretty much met i'd say! Did Ipswich expect a bit more I wonder? Injuries make a difference?

If his scoring matched his effort and commitment to his racing, he would be world class. Unfortunately for kyle he started with an injury, and just as he was getting into full flow, got injured again. Have enjoyed watching his never knowing when he is beaten, race until the flag style and attitude. Gotta be in next seasons team.

As above pure effort from Kyle. Sign him up CL no matter what league we're in next season

The only diappointment re Kyle has been missing him when injured.

His attitude and effort has been first class.Would love to see him back next year.

Has Mr Long given up presenting duties? Not on the mic again on Thursday and I see on twitter that he's the new manager of a pub, that opens Thursday to Sunday's..

Big loss if he has.

Very big loss, that other bloke is a total borefest, although I would maybe guess at some of the older jazz loving generation may like him.

I agree. Fozz comes across as a cracking bloke and does an awful lot in attempting to promote Ipswich Speedway so credit for that.

But I'm afraid he doesn't make a good presenter IMO.
