Confirmed Signings For 2017

Recommended Posts

I find it hard to believe that Belle Vue will have a presence in the National League next year.

But I don't suppose it will be called the National League any more now that re-branding is the flavour of the month.

:t:

They better not do that because I don't want to have to change my twitter handle :P

So if it goes like this:

Out

Kings Lynn

Coventry

In

Plymouth

Lakeside

When is the NL agm?

It seems that Kings Lynn are remaining in the NL.

I don't think we need to know about what you get up to behind closed doors.

Fair enough.

But what is up with 1st Division, 2nd Division, 3rd Division?

I used to work at a place where initially the bods in the office who rang up mithering people for orders were called telesales operators.

By the time I left, the same bods had been re-branded internal sales executives.

Why people have to keep ponsing things up, I know not.

As they always say, "You can't polish a turd".

Jon Armstrong confirmed as returning to Mildenhall for 2017 according to their Twitter account.

Great start to team building for the Tigers.

I thought 'youth development' was part of the planning permission

I agree with that. No one is fooled by these fancy names - it is Divisions one two and three, so why not do the commonsense thing and call them this?

Isn't it 3rd December?

Why don't they do all the leagues at the same AGM? Is that too logical or is there a reason?

Also I've heard that the Colts will be running next year :)

Good to see that the old Pension-Dodgers are getting signed up so quickly. I'm assuming that Stoke will sign up at least 7 more old-timers, but not announce a thing until the day before the start of the season, as usual. Let's hope that when the oldies have all been signed up, that there's still room in this league for the young'uns, somewhere.
