Given the race number & kevlars i would say thats Dave Mears. Blue background & white numbers points towards the 350cc class

As the OP to this thread, as from today Monday, April 10, 2017, IMO in future grass track images - both sidecar and solo - as well as information relative to grass track racing should be posted in this thread GRASS TRACK ACTIVITY.

I look forward to the co-operation of BSF members who are genuinely interested in grass track racing - both solos and sidecars sidecar racing - to ensure the successful transition. Thank you.
