3 time longtrack and of course world speedway champ,Egon Müller

According to wiki,he won 785 meetings and held 36 track records!!!!

Anyway,enough of that mularkey,let's get this thread back on track with the now sadly retired former world champion from either Finland or Sweden,depending on the way the wind was blowing :party:

Also from 1947 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen,the famous winter sports town Sand track meeting in front of 30,000 people.The pace looks massive!!And afterwards a couple of children have their own race in what could be midget cars :P

Another nice piece this time from Austria in 1950.Showing Fritz Dirtl winning the meeting at Baden,near Vienna with 12,000 interested people watching and sidecars as well
