Well I'm interested and will be making the trip across to Peterborough tonight to support Josh and Danny.

Thought Ryan Kinsley was also going to be in the meeting. Sure he was announced initially but his name seems to have disappeared from the line-up without trace.

Edit:

He was initially in the field but I guess has withdrawn:

From SpeedwayGB - "“This is a meeting that is bound to cause a lot of interest around the Peterborough area as there will be a lot of local talent on display. Ipswich will be represented by Connor Mountain and Danyon Hume, and King’s Lynn will have Josh Bailey, Danny Phillips and Ryan Kinsley in attendance."

The line-up seems to look stronger every year, some good homegrown talent here.

Would definitely agree with that. With Josh Bates, Robert Lambert, Adam Ellis, Liam Carr, Max Clegg and Dan Bewley are already seeded to the final, we seem to have some riders who stand a real chance of progressing in the sport.

We're still a long way behind Poland but at least things do seem to moving in the right direction.

Some good premier league 2 pointers on show. I'm guessing Shanes would start as favourite? I fancy Hume to do well,

Congratulations to all qualifiers, particularly Luke Harris, who must surely be the least expected out of the 10.

Really enjoyed it and great credit to all involved in keeping the meeting running smoothly.

20 heats done and dusted in about 2 hours. Back home to the other side of Lynn by 10:30.

Some good racing. From Young Stars point of view pleased for Danny Phillips but worried about Josh Bailey. Really struggling from the start.

Ellis Perks really should have won the meeting. Retiring when he hit the front in his first ride then a silly fall in his second.

Again impressed with Shanes. Right little pocket rocket and he looks like he's really enjoying his speedway.

Yep, Neil Vatcher is doing well with these kids.

Excellent meeting with a lot of excellent racing, 1 hour 50 minutes for 20 heats.

Referee kept it moving despite some falls and riders were a credit to all with both the racing and commitment.

Interesting to see if that efficiency can be transferred to the bread and butter meetings.
