Somerset V Swindon 21/4/17

Recommended Posts

Well judging on our present form and the result Swindon had against Poole 45-45, I am feeling upbeat about the match on Friday. Although we have our problems with our No 1 at the moment, I don't think our rookie Premiership team are doing to bad at this time. Bring it on Boys !!!

A proper right ole west-country tear-up, should be close, lots of ex-Swindon and ex-Zummerzet riders in opposition.

Redbreasts might be more appropriate as kids may be looking at this forum, hopefully it wont go redtits up for Swindon.

No i've cross checked the SGB Sheets

I mean it should say "Emil Grondal" rather than "Niklas Porsing".

Taken from the Rebels Facebook

Somerset side, namely New Zealander Bradley Wilson-Dean and young British rider, Zach Wajtknecht, who occupies one of the two Swindon reserve berths, the other being filled by Dane Niklas Porsing.

Yeah. They got it wrong.

It was shared on the Swindon Facebook, with Lee Kilby replying: "Obviously Emil Grøndal will be riding and Jason will be captain Just a couple of errors on here"

I think Brad will be a handful on Friday, he on good form at the moment. If Rohan is off again then this could be tricky. However a double figure return from him and it's Rebels by 10 for me.

If Swindon lose by 10 points then we really are destined for a basement battle.

With 5 away matches and just 2 at home in April and May will be in the cellar, and then hopefully rise like a Phoenix from the ashes.
