Zengota and Watt have both been assigned their averages from 2015 and 2016 respectively, so I don't think the 1.4 conversion is being used any longer. I don't have a clue what the BSPA are doign with averages for anyone this season. In the past I could at least try and understand the rules but this year there don't seem to be any! Zengota and Watt have both been assigned their averages from 2015 and 2016 respectively, so I don't think the 1.4 conversion is being used any longer.
