Workington V Glasgow 10/06/2017 ... 7 Pm ..

Recommended Posts

The cost of covers is less than the approximate cost of one rain off where the away team is at the track, let that soak in, just like the rain does haha

What if it is raining during a meeting is the rain a different texture that it doesn't soak in haha.

Covers work no denying that but everyone knows that , don't need it rammed down our throats at every opportunity.

Final decision at 2 o'clock apparently. I think if we were not so far behind with fixtures and no meetings for 4 weeks, it would have been called off long before now.

After reading this crap I for one will be missing this match

we all saved our money today !

Very predictable and a complete waste of bandwidth.

Me and my wee boy were considering coming down but the bile you get from this clown would put anyone off.

get the family out of the car , its off .

vatcheris law kicks in and awards glasgow 3 points . stewie step up and says glasgow should be awarded the full 4 points because they dont have a guest at number 7 ! larf .

Made my mind up at 0830 this morning.

Forecast far too iffy to drive all the way to Workington or any other away track for that matter

And the one word to sum it up?

COVERS!

Not everyone can afford them or it may not be practical at some venues , think the same reply is posted every week as it is brought up every week by someone , trying to think who else has covers

heard on the grapevine that, The Glasgow 'results at all costs' Tigers are to have a opening/closing roof type cover installed,,,, the guy from Nationwide sun awnings reckons, its one of the biggest they've ever done ;)

Tell you any old sh*te as they can't understand the Geordie accent so they just stand nodding there head , then decide to just tell him that as we haven't a fu*king clue what he is saying.

If truth be known it only stays closed no opening required :D

According to Twitter Glasgow are acquiring track covers which should be available within the next 3-4 weeks.

Really happy to here this if true.

Confirmed on our Twitter page better late than never but the way the weather has been lately we may not see a meeting for another month.

So could be doing with them now not next month.
