Polish Ind Championship Final Sunday 2nd July Live On Tv

Recommended Posts

Anyway the IMP organisers shopuld reconsider Gorzów being hosts of such important to Polish and World speedway events. Gorzów is ALWAYS ONE PATH. Just like the British tracks!

Just like '80% of British tracks....' some have multiple lines, but the BSPA never shown them sadly.

Yes. You're right. Not all British meetings are a one-path-boredom. Sorry.

Cant disagree tbh! Tracks have got worst, and bikes quicker, so makes it a case of follow the leader now a days.

Very poor and dull meeting with hardly any passing. Couple of points. No way should Zmarzlik have been allowed in the reruns. He was clearly at fault crashing into Kolodziej.

The other being Wozniak who showed guts and determination to win the meeting under intense pressure. Well done to him.

As for the racing it was on a par with Kings Lynn the day before.

Wow.... Wozniak! What odds would he have been???

He was 50/1 as I had a fiver each way on him

also 20 quid on zmarslik but a good day in the end

Fair play to you- he has looked quick for Wroclaw this year- was it in Leszno when he opened with 2 pointless rides but quite easily nearly won them both !!!

Racing was awful, I wouldn't say it was as boring as Friday's meeting in KL, but very very close

Super happy for Szymon Wozniak, he's a great guy

Typical Gorzow. I have seen many awful meetings there. GP's are usually quite good though.

Zenon Plech commenting yesterdays Polish Final:

"It’s a good thing that the young rider like Szymon Wozniak won the prestigeous Polish title and showed the likes of Zmarzlik Janowski and Pawlicki that he can be as good as them, if not better. This is a proof that Polish speedway does not revolve around few names, but has a solid base and riders who can swap places with the elite"

Plech is 100% right.

Poland Team One:

-Dudek,Zmarzlik, Piotr Pawlicki,Janowski, Smektała,

Poland Team Two:

-Hampel, Przemek Pawlicki, Kołodziej, Protasiewicz, Drabik,

-Poland Team Three:

Kasprzak, Buczkowski, Woźniak, Zengota, Kubera.

All three teams could win gold in SWC.

Yup. Even after modification. Shame.

Team One 100% yes

Team Two maybe a medal

Team Three i will have whatever you have been smoking

I'd have Team Two over Denmark, Sweden, GB or Australia, but I'm biased :D

Any of those guys would walk into the above teams and be a guaranteed starter, moreover, they could possibly even challenge Team One, providing Kolodziej and Pepe are in Ekstraliga form and not suffering from Internationalitis that unfortunately hit them pretty hard on plenty of occasions in the past, both in GP and SWC.
