So you would suggest 4/4 split vote with the benefit given to the 4 weakest?

can't see that IMHO.

BV wasn't allowed to vote.

It was 4-3 in favour of yes.

Poole, Swindon and Wolves voted NO. Read or listen to the promoters comments. Matt Ford, Rosco and CVS not happy with the ruling.

Somerset are potless without a TV deal so they cant afford top riders. Should have stayed in the Championship tbh.

Leicester already had a No.1 so the rule didn't effect them.

Hardly any top rider would ride for KL unless they was desperate. R. Lambert will and then they are banking on Doyle otherwise they will not get a No.1 and would probably end up with Thorssell unless K. Bjerre or NKI can get around the Poles and sort out there Danish contracts.

Rye House will go with Harris, Nicholls and Kasprzak as a top 3 imo. Apparently they already signed riders before the AGM so the management would've known which team they wanted. No plans to sign an out and out No.1 imo.

Matt Ford was more than happy to let Swindon sign Doyle and Morris. Likewise at Wolves regarding Lindgren and Thorssell.

Just blaming Poole again as per usual.

I rest my case then! So all the reports suggesting he had said it was Matt was a load of rubbish and some on here well out of line.

Ford the instigator of last season's gp riders being given 9 point averages according to CVS.

Looks like it was directly aimed at wolves and belle Vue - pawlicki, woffy, Zafar all on sub 8 average or would have been...

I thought the Aces (new promoters) weren't allowed to vote?! Even if they were and it was 4-4 then the Chairman would have a casting vote (remind me again who the Chairman is????):wink:

Don't know how many times he needs to be told.

Just on his usual blame Poole campaign.

Oh how naive you are.

Of course Ford can say he was against it, of course he can vote no in full safe knowledge the vote would go the other way. That's called being clever, which Ford most certainly is.

I love to know what a Belle Vue fan would have to be jealous of with regards to Poole, currently or historically?
