Although there is a covenant that the stadium must be used for recreational activities, a corrupt council like the one in Poole can get over that so could be right..

like i said it is a good job stadia uk got the lease hold at this moment in time

If it was up to Stadia UK speedway wouldn't be there, the council are keeping speedway there as far as I understand it!

Do you know that for fact Lisa?

I work closely with Stadium management and they always seem keen for speedway to do well.

This is the thing people don't get.

Speedway is a good earner for stadia UK.

Rental , car park revenue plus food and drink outlets.

The Guy Osbourne wants to re-develop the ground at Torquay but of course there are other 'facilities' he want to include in the plans. 40m project and he has a big supporter in the Chairman of the local council.   He was a born and bred Bristol Rovers fans, didn't stop that one being flattened and turned into retail.
