Cardiff 2018 21st July

Recommended Posts

I'm gutted for Lambert, it feels like for some reason everything was against him tonight. Two utterly ridiculous exclusions for him.

Dead chuffed for Cookie he's done himself proud tonight.  Anything else he gets tonight will be a well deserved bonus.

How did Emil get through over Holder. Both finished on 7 with Holder beating Emil when they met. To do with second places?

Like Tai to win it, but I fear Zmarzlik might nick it.

Only by the referee, most sensible folk will know it was a racing incident.

Indeed. But the point I was making was that the OFFICIAL record will always show Robert to blame.

Zmarzlik is such a brilliant rider, reminds me of Gollob.

Used to not mind Zmarzlik.... now a bit put off him...

Sure, I meant the way he waddled out from the pits rather than the care he's administered.

Fingers crossed for Jason Doyle, his wife must be absolutely bricking it being so close to him being treated.

Top, top doc is Peter Kenyon, knows all about speedway injuries through many years experience

Gives best care - that's why he's always appointed

Congratulations to Zmarzlik, most consistent performer this evening.

Woffinden looks set fair for a third world title, fingers crossed no injuries.

Feel sorry for Lambert, terrible night for him, hope he doesn't let it affect his form.

Hope Doyle has avoided a serious injury.

I hoping Robert can gate in his first heat from the inside, and that be a settler.   I can see him in the semis, that would be good. Its whether he can string 5 good rides together, if he does that then a final may be on for him. its tough racing in a GP though, sure he knows that.

Obviously I put my mouth on the wrong rider. Everything went wrong for Robert, and Cookie shone. Roberts day will come, well done Cookie - keep it up.
