Chains

Not many riders boil their chains anymore , I soaked mine in degreaser then jet washed them then put them in the waste oil that I had dropped from the engine then hung them up and let excess oil run off then fit ,, as long as you have a decent oiler on bike you will have no problems , I fitted new primary chains every 8 meetings but rear chain would last all year

I know a rider who won't use the chain oiler because he says that it sprays oil over his race suit and everywhere else. Should the oil go on the primary chain or the rear one?

oil should lubricate the primary chain thats the one that runs at the most feet/minute do you agree Dean

Do any riders use the "O ring" type of chain ?

these are supposed to have the grease sealed in
